On June 14th at 22:18 Engine 111 and Special Unit 11 responded to a vehicle collision at the intersection of Conover and Harney Roads. Units arrived to find a two vehicle MVC with multiple patients, one vehicle into a structure. Chief 11-1 Nye had the command. Total of five patients were transported, two to Shock Trauma via Trooper 3. Engine Tanker 112 established a LZ at Station 11.
