Firefighter Tanner Yingling graduated Saturday June 3 from the Carroll County EST program. During the training he was certified as both a firefighter and EMT. Tanner received the “Fire student of the year “ from the EST program. Tanner is a third generation firefighter from Harney, both his father and grandfather are active members. Congratulations Tanner !
