Engine 111, brush 115, LT 11-1 Harman responded to the 2700 block of Roop Rd in Carroll County . LT Harman arrived to find a fully involved house with confirmed one trapped. LT Harman established command and requested a tanker task force. Later a second alarm was requested. Units operated on the scene for over seven hours.
