On June 13 at 15:52 units from Station 11 were dispatched to 4000 block of Bull Frog Rd box 11-5 for an ATV accident. Engine 111, EMS 11 Reese, Special Unit 11, and Brush 115 responded. Station 11 units arrived to find two priority two trauma patients. Trooper 3 was requested. Engine Tanker 112 and Brush 115 handled the LZ at Station 11. Both patients were flown to Shock Trauma.
